This course will show you how to become better equipped to compete and survive in today’s competitive marketplace by learning the art of selling and improving your negotiation skills in order to drive sales. The course will also examine rapport building and developing effective customer relationships.

The continued success or indeed possible failure of many businesses can very often be attributed to a lack of proper planning. The single most common reason for business failure is down to lack of cashflow, but effective business planning should not only alert the business owner to the potential of difficulties to come, but also to keep the business on track to avoid such an unfortunate circumstance. The purpose of business planning has many elements. It provides a clear direction for the business in terms of achieving its goals. It helps the business owner crystallize all the thoughts and ideas for the business, and form them into a path to success. This one day ‘ How to Write a Business Plan’ session will give the participants the knowledge and tools to be able to write an effective business plan for their business. This plan should then be the blue print of how their business will not only succeed , but thrive and grow over the years to come.

This course is aimed at small businesses to give grounding in basic principles of managing credit, both money owed and money owing. Deals with matters such as retention of title, how to make calls for collecting money, common problems and trying to avoid giving credit. Attending this course, you will realize the following benefits 1) you will ensure that the money owed to your company is not lost 2) you will gain confidence to make these calls 3) you will ensure that payments are kept up to date.
